Domaine de Mus Pinot Noir - What a wonderful summer red! It provides many of the distinguishing characteristics that one would want from a Red Burgundy at a fraction of the cost. The wine is on the light side of a medium bodied Pinot Noir, and is enjoyable with or without food. You may want to consider a slight chilling for those hot summer nights when you really want a red but the outside temperature says no. I would not serve it with anything too spicy because it will easily be over powered by the dish. Just pour a glass and head for the deck and raise a glass of this Pays d'Oc Pinot!
