90% Mauzac with the remainder being Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc. A lively sparkling Brut from the Limoux DOC, where monks were making sparkling wine 100yrs before Champagne. Flavors of ripe pear, fresh ginger, almond skin and candied lemon zest.
60% Zweigelt, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Pinot Noir. Dry sparkling wine with the aroma of red currant moving onto the palate with the added flavors of blackberry and strawberry. A crisp and refreshing finish.
