95% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Petit Verdot, 2% Cabernet Franc. Deep garnet in color. Aromas of black cherry, raspberry, pomegranate, black berry, blueberry, bramble, lightly red florals. Continuing on the palate, notes of black currants, dried herbs, white pepper, licorice, toast, vanilla, cedar, cinnamon, cherry pie filling, and ginger. Fruity dry wine with medium plus acidity, medium chalky tannins, medium plus in body. Elegant cooler climate cabernet with good structure between the intensity of flavors, mouth feel of the tannins, and the lingering toffee and red fruit flavors.
