100% Melon de Bourgogne. The wine is pale gold in color, with aromas of Iris and other white flowers, lemon, seafoam, applesauce, and honey-citrus, with wet stone and saline. There are flavors of green apple, gooseberry, lemon, lemon curd, herbed savory, melon, passion fruit, and ripe pineapple. Mid-plate notes of brioche, lees aging, and yellow peach with nectarine. You’ll note dry, high acid, with medium body and flavor intensity, with a medium-plus finish. The high acid and citrus notes do drive the characteristics in this wine.
