This co-fermented Tannat and Cab Franc constitutes the 6th vintage of the red pet nat! Fermented 100% whole cluster and semi-carbonic, this wine is pressed early, with residual sugar remaining, then bottled to capture carbon dioxide from the last of the fermentation.
