100% Cabernet Franc. Pale ruby color. Aromas of violets, blackberry, raspberry, plum, peppery, leather, cassis which carry to the palate. Additional flavors stay heavier on the red fruit side but have a blue fruit undertones. It is slightly herbaceous with a sweet tobacco note that linger. Nice food friendly acidity, medium tannins, and medium flavor intensity.
