100% Muller Thurgau - Also Known as Rivaner. it is a cross between a Riesling and a Madeleine Royal, developed in 1882 by Professor Muller from the Swiss canton of Thurgau. Clear, pale lemon color. White floral aromas followed by pear, peach apple and apricot. on the palate is honeysuckle, jasmine honeydew, wet stone, a bit of nutmeg and minerality. this wine is off dry with medium acidity, body and finish all rounded off with the creaminess from sur-lie aging.
