100% Picpoul. Pale lemon in color. Aromas of fresh fruit and citrus fruit especially lemon, grapefruit, and lime on the nose followed by pear, green apple, melon, honey, mineral and saline accents. This is a dry wine with bright acidity which brings out the minerals and saltiness. Light lees aging adds structure and leading to a medium body and flavor intensity. Medium-light finish.
