100% Pinot Noir. Enchanting aromas of violets, sour cherries, strawberry, raspberries, with touches of spice. Mirrored on the palate with the addition of cherry skin, clove, subtle oak, mineral, leather, earthy, sweet tobacco, and mushrooms. The concentration of flavors is dominated by fruitiness, lively acidity and very smooth tannins. Over all this is a iconic red Burgundy; medium bodied with a pleasant medium plus finish.
