As the glass sits, tertiary tones of earth, mushroom, and savory spice evolve. The body is Burgundy-esc with medium, soft tannins and medium plus acidity. The balance is achieved from eh complex layering of flavors and mouthfeel, weight of the wine. The finish carries to a medium end.
