100% Sauvignon Blanc. Aromas of feijoa, red grapefruit, zest, guava, kiwifruit, persimmon, and rock melon. Large grapefruit carries over to the palate with lemon zest, pear, pineapple, with a slight hit of pyrazines on the finish. It’s intense and concentrated with classic varietal characters combined with refreshing acidity, offering terrific drinking. Wine had 6 month Sur Lie aging prior to bottling resulting in a creamier, richer, fuller-bodied wine with depth and complexity. An elegant style that leaves a lasting impression.
Food Pairing: roasted fish, tomato and cilantro marinated chicken shashlik, shrimp and Boston lettuce salad with garlic mint dressing, goat cheese, and lemon butter dishes.
