100% Cinsault. Pale ruby in color. Fairly aromatic with a concentration of rose petal floral and red fruits to include raspberries, red cherry, cranberry, red currants, light ripe strawberry. All of which translate to flavors on the palate. Delicate and complex on the palate. Additional flavors sour cherry, cranberry, slightly herbal and mineral touches. Sparkling acidity, fine grain, medium tannins. Supper elegant. Finish is medium plus ending. Looking for something other than a Burgundy Pinot Noir, this is not a hard one to jump into.
