100% Sangiovese Grosso. Intense ruby red color with garnet tints. Intense initial notes of red meat, more delicate aromas of rose, anise, backing spice, dried herbs, dried cherry. Dry red wine with flavors of rose, red cherry, leather, mushroom, tobacco, raspberry, strawberry, cedar, plum, and arugula bitter finish. Medium + acidity, big silky tannins and body, balance achieved with good complexity and intensity of flavors with a medium plus finish.
