100% Chardonnay.  Pale gold in color. Pretty French floral aromas mingle with touches of lemon, citrus, green apple, and pear. Complexity of flavors with yellow peach, lime juice, apricot, toast-lees, honeydew, ripe pineapple, and vanilla. Delicate persistent perlage, and high acidity is balanced by a pronounced intensity of flavors which is necessary give the zero dosage. The balance works and if delightfully lingers a long finish.
