Violets on the palate, blackcurrant leaf, black pepper, vanilla, prune, fig, cooked cherry, leather, cooked blackberry, earth, chocolate, and tar. This is a full body, dry wine with medium acidity and high chalky tannins. Flavors are intense and lingering.
