On the palate blackberry preserve, morello cherries, layered in with vanilla, oak, earthy, black pepper, herbal savory. Pleasantly tart fruit against a backdrop of crunchy tannins of Atlas silk, balanced by medium plus acidity and medium body and juicy concentration of fruit flavors. It is fresh, honest, and dry, with lingering fruit finish.
