100% Viognier. Aromatic of peaches, apricots, mango, honeysuckle. On the palate apricot, white blossoms wrap around a wonderful structure and a fresh finish. Medium bodied, good structured acidity, soft oak age tones which give a richness and depth in mouth feel.
Food pairings: oysters, and other shellfish like crab, lobster, scallops and shrimp. Meats like baked and roasted chicken and pork dishes are also a good match, in addition to veal.
