100% Auxerrois. Genetically a sibling of Chardonnay and reminiscent in flavors. A light yellow color. Elegant aromas and flavors of fresh flowers, white fruits, citrus, and tropical fruit notes with lees aging to add body. On the palate, the attack is fresh and easy to drink and extends into a crunchy and fruity finish.
