All food sales are final. No returns, refunds or exchanges.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for wine unless the wine has distinguishable fault. We can exchange faulted wine within 30 days of purchase if you bring the unused portion back to the store, along with the receipt. If you do not have a receipt, we will still make the exchange as long as we have a record of your purchase under your name in our customer database. If we cannot make an exact exchange, we will provide store credit for the original purchase price.
You must get the wine to and from our store at your expense – we cannot cover shipping and delivery charges for returns.
