100% Agrippiotis. Pale amber in color. Fairly intense aromas of cotton candy, iris, white wildflowers, followed by exotic spice, ripe citrus, pineapple, kumquat, sweet apricot, and bergamot. Continuing flavors are lemon-lime zest, anise, cinnamon, butterscotch sugar cookie, ginger, nutmeg, and just soft nuttiness. This is a dry wine with crips acidity, light medium minus body, but mounds of flavor complexity and intensity lasting for a medium plus finish.
