A “back to the basics- blind tasting” wine tasting class where we use the tools, we already posse s s to identify what we taste. We use our everyday experiences to qualify our observations and dispel our preconceived notions of what we THINK wine should be. By using the tools “See, Swirl, Sniff, and Sip”, we will identify the basics of some varietals and discover its true beauty between vineyard and production methods imposed on the wine.
You get a sampling of six different wines and a plate of nibbles. Could be wine pairs but you wont' know until the wine is revealed.
