50% Pinot Noir, 50% Pinot Meunier. Aged 5 years sur-lie again, no malo. Deep pink in color. Aromatics of that beautiful French floral mixed with rose and Kimmeridgean, strawberry, raspberry, and a hint of citrus peel, and brioche-toast. Extending to the palate, additional flavors of red cherry, wild strawberry, bitter raspberry pip, crunchy cranberry, with a touch of rhubarb. This is off dry with high acidity which brings out the richness and complexity of flavors. Creamy pelage that is just joyful. Memorable long finish.
