100% Teroldego. Deep ruby color. Needs some time to open. Earthy aromas, followed by red cherry, blackberry, toast, leather, smoke, and vanilla. Flavors of raspberry jam, strawberry, black cherry, mushroom, cooked cherry, dried herbs, pink peppercorn, wet stone, iron, funk, and marzipan. This is a dry wine with medium-plus acidity, medium but smooth tannins, driving a medium-bodied wine, fairly complex layering of flavors that are enchanting for a medium-long finish.
