100% Syrah. Deep ruby color. Brooding aromas of beef jerky, campfire, warn leather, wet leaves, bramble, and earth. Continuing to the palate, flavors of blackberry and blueberry compote, dried black currants, sage, black pepper, dark chocolate, and savoriness. This is a dry wine with medium-plus chalky tannins and body. The flavor complexity and intensity evolves as it needs time to decant to get to full potential to also include a medium-plus finish.
