100% Tinta Negra; aged 3 years in steel and held at a warm temperature for 4 months. It has a pronounced bouquet of honey, walnut, orange peel, dried fruits, and notes of wood. This is medium dry on the palate with notes of butterscotch, dried pear, cedar, and acidity for balance.
