45% Touriga Nacional, 30% Touriga Franca, 15% Tinta Roriz. Ruby in color with violet specks. Aromas of red clay, blackberry, black currents, blueberry, bramble. Medium plus acidity, with big well integrated tannins bringing elegance to this gastronomic profile wine. Full body with lots of intensity in flavors that continue from the aromas, adding strawberry, red cherry, dried herbs, slightly chocolate, black pepper, earthy, wand wet leaves. Balance is achieved between the softness of the tannins and the intensity of the fruit.
Food Pairing: Pork roast stuffed with prunes and apricots, grilled meats, marinated leg of lamb, chicken curry, pasta with beef or pork ragout, vegetable timbale with roasted tomatoes and grilled almonds. A very “friendly” food wine.
