85% Assyrtiko, 15% Athiri. Pale lemon color. Bright citrus aromas of lemon, grapefruit, and orange blossom, followed by minerals, honey, fleshy white peach, and zest. Intriguing palate with additions of gooseberry, ripe pineapple, and a sugar cookie midpalate. This is a dry wine with salivating acidity, broad-shouldered oil texture, at a medium-plus body, with a lingering long finish.
