Other aromas of apricot, yellow apple, bosc pear, honey, citrus notes of lemon-lime, grapefruit, ocean air salty-minerality, ending with almond, and grass clipping earthy. Aromas flow to flavors. This is a dry, full body, medium+ acidic wine that is balanced by the intensity of floral and fruitiness which add also to the texture. It has a long enjoyable finish with tingly acidity and residual notes of dried citrus candied fruit.
Food Pairing: Traditionally served with lobster and shrimp scampi in brudet sauce, served with muscle in a variety of ways Seafood, smoked white fish, capers, herbed roasted chicken, prosciutto, Dijon, salty olives, hard cheese, and dried fruits.
