Golden color with fine perlage. Aromas of bruised apple, apple blossoms, toast-yeast, and light notes of charred oak barrel. This is an off dry cider where the aromas follow through to the palate. Nice, sharp acidity to balance the heavier notes of the char. Fairly complex in design. If you are an oak chardonnay lover, you will find it easy to slip into this one.
