100% Müller Thurgau (mm-you-lur tur-gow) – crossing between Riesling and Madeleine Royal. Pale straw in color. Fairly gentle lilac, and elderflower florals with aromas of citrus lemon-lime, apple, peach, and apricots. Continuing to the palate, flavors of melon, pear, flint, lanolin, dry hay, apple, nutmeg, and white pepper. This is an off dry, soft acid, rose petal texture, with fairly simple flavors and a medium finish.
