100% Malagousia. Pale, golden color with greenish highlights. Fragrant jasmine, lemon-lime citrus aromas with herbal and botanical notes. Juicy white peach, lemon blossom, melon, pineapple, honey, with a little flint fill out the palate. This is a mouthwatering, slightly selenic, dry wine with medium plus acidity and layers of complex flavors that brew to the surface one at a time ending on a refreshing fruity medium finish.

Food Pairing: Salads, pasta with white sauces, grilled chicken, cold soup, salmon or seafood flavored with garlic or just sitting on your patio.
