100% Viognier. Pale lemon green color. Light floral aromas of white rose petal, linden blossom, white peach, apricot which flow the palate. Additional flavors of honeysuckle, lemon, lemon zest, lime juice, apple, and melon. Lightly lees aging, biscuit note mid palate to lend bit of roundness and body. This is a dry wine with medium acidty, and a medium plus finish.
Food Pairing: Raw fish from the Lazio coast, or sashimi.
