100% Viognier. Brilliant pale gold, catching the light with richness and clarity. The nose is aromatic and inviting, with delicate apple blossom leading into layers of ripe pear, white peach, yellow apple, citrus zest, and lemongrass. A gentle hint of vanilla bean and birthday cake adds a soft, creamy warmth to the finish. On the palate, the wine is fleshy and unctuous, with a medium body and a mouth-coating texture that still carries a light acidic lift, keeping the finish clean and balanced.
