100% Malbec. Endowed with aromas of black berries, notes of violets, pronounced acidity, firm tannins and great length. Aromas follow to the palate adding jam, cassis, oak, vanilla, chocolate, coffee, and espresso. Medium plus acidy and chalky tannins. Wine is youthful and show primary fruit flavors. This is a dry, full body wine with a medium finish.
Food Pairing: Grilled red meats, sausages, seasoned or roasted pork, hard cheeses and pasta with meat-based sauces.
