100% Vidal Blanc. Clear pale, lemon-green in color. Aromas of green apple, apple blossoms, pear, citrusy lemon-lime, cream, chestnut. Continuing to the palate blossoms, apple, lemon zest, bran muffin, wet stone, egg custard, and baked apple. Overall, it is a dry wine with medium plus acidity, medium minus body, medium flavor intensity and finish. It does resemble its alcoholic counterpart.
