100% Sauvignon Blanc. Pale green straw in color. Bright and intense bouquet of irises, passionfruit, gooseberry, grapefruit, lemon, lime, citrus, blackcurrant leaf, tropical fruits, ripe pineapple. On palate, refreshing, crispness that extends the aromas, combined with a nettle character and a mineral note on the finish. Overall a light bodied wine where the acidy is balanced by the concentration of flavors and the zingy flavors pleasantly last for a breath after the wine is gone.
