100% Chardonnay. Pale lemon in color. Bright medium plus aromas of lemon-lime citrus, white flowers, pear, tropical fruit, toast, and vanilla. Continuing to the palate, flavors of apple, gooseberry, peach, melon, bread dough, and cream. Complex flavors to engage the red wine drinkers. This is a dry wine with medium acidity and body. A nice tension is formed between the acid and medium plus intensity of flavors that creates body mouth feel and a unique texture.
