70% Pinot Meunier, 20% Pinot Noir, 10% Chardonnay. Pale gold in color. Soft aromas of green apple, peach, citrus lemon-lime, pastry, and brioche. Continuing to the palate fruity red-berry, baked apple, chalky minerality, and bread yeast. This is brut style with delicate perlage, high acidity, silky soft texture and body, with a long finish. Delightful!
