Rebellion and City Vino will be pairing up for a Bourbon and Wine Pairing Dinner 

City Vino Where: Rebellion Bourbon Bar & Kitchen in their Armory basement bar and lounge

When: Thursday March 2nd from 6:30 to about 8:30

$80 a ticket with 20 tickets available. Tickets do not include tax and the minimum 20% gratuity

Armory open for guests @6:30pm

Arrival -  Enjoy a few minutes of getting to know the other guests for dinner with a New York Sour welcome cocktail

This cocktail is tart, elegant, and the red wine adds a nice touch of sweetness. This drink features the Four Roses Small Batch with NV Lolea No1 Red Sangria Frizzante from Spain floated on top. Also enjoy a small bite to munch on before the dinner begins.

Dinner starts @7pm

First course - Goat cheese crustini. Toasted baguette topped with herbed goat cheese, roasted walnuts, chopped dates, and a balsamic reduction 

Wine – 2021 Bodegas Ontañon Edición Limitada Tempranillo Blanco from Rioja, Spain.

Bourbon - The Quiet Man Irish Whiskey  

Second course - Fillet medallions served with creamy potatoes duchesses and roasted veggies

Wine – 2020 The Grateful Palate Southern Belle Red Wine from Jumilla, Spain

Bourbon - Jefferson's Reserve Pritchard Hall  

Third course - Chocolate truffles served with fresh fruit and candied nuts. 

Wine – NV The Grateful Palate Good Lord Blanc de Blancs from Champagne, France
