100% Insoia. Pale lemon with greenish reflections in color. Citrus, lemon-lime aromas with baby's breath florals, and orange blossoms, some zest and gooseberry. Freshness in the palate with medium plus acidity which lifts the additional flavors of yellow apple, chalk, salt, stone, mineral, herb, passion fruit, and custard. Lighter notes of croissant, brown butter, and over baked tree fruit. This is a dry wine with a lot of expression, medium flavor intensity and medium plus finish.
