100% Malvasia Volcánica Lias. Pale lemon in color. Intense floral and tropical aromas of orange blossom, jasmine, and violet which melded with vibrant notes of mango, pineapple, and a hint of lemon‑zest, underpinned by fennel and subtle flint or silex minerality; autolytic aromas of yeast and freshly baked bread deepen with bottle age to reveal dried fruit, honey. On the palate, the wine is full‑bodied and unctuous, yet enlivened by mouthwatering acidity, offering an energetic freshness balanced with richness. Primary flavors of peach, pear, apple, and melon layer over secondary notes of fennel, dried fruit, and honey, while tertiary hints of crushed almond, light brioche and toast emerge from extended lees contact. Flavor intensity is pronounced and concentrated, showing tropical and citrus brightness alongside volcanic minerality. The finish is long and persistent, with layered complexity and a contemplative.
