100% Chardonnay. Medium lemon in color. Energetic aromas of green apple, lemon, iris, lime zest, and toast. A fruit bowl of flavors to include lime juice, Asian pear, mango, ripe pineapple, peaches. Other notes of vanilla, pastry, honey cream, and char. This is a dry wine with medium-plus intensity of flavors and drops down to a medium body wine. The medium-plus acidity helps to give this wine levity, balance, and structure. Fun complexity as the wine evolves a little as it opens up and lingers for a medium-plus finish.
