100% Chardonnay: Pale lemon in color. Aromas of lemon, cream, warm toast, tropical fruits, backed by light Iris, and floral notes. On the palate citrus lemon-lime juice, melon, and passion fruit come through brightly. Secondarily vanilla with toast, and oak tones, with a creamy, rounder texture. This is a dry with medium acidity. Flavors are enjoyable concentrated filling this to medium body, wine with a medium plus finish. 

Food Pairing: chicken creamy or piccata dishes, lobster or shrimp corotations, Caesar salad, bold cheese such as brie, camembert, fatty salami or other deli meats.
