100% Pecorino. Clear, pale, lemon color. Aromas of grapefruit, guava, passionfruit, acacia, jasmine, lemon blossom, and biscuit. On the palate, flavors of ripe white peach, white cherry, Asian pear, with more subtle notes of lemon, nectarine, mango, melon, passion fruit, a slight mineral edge and a whiff of spice. This is a dry wine with medium plus acidity, medium plus body, concentration of flavors, and finish. Layers of complexity. The soft pressing of the fruits allows of juice characteristics to just sine above other pecorinos. Wonderfully expressive and engaging.
