100% Chasselas. Pretty, pale lemon color. Aromas of white florals, honeysuckle, persimmons, slightly citrus tending toward grapefruit and lime, lemongrass, and a slight cinnamon bark, cream, and brown rice-nuttiness. Mostly aromas carried to palate with the addition of peach, lemon zest, green apple, salty minerality, grains, cashew, sourdough, warmed milk. The body had a oily, butter, nutty texture which was balanced by the contrasting medium plus acidity. Layering of flavors brought complexity. The coating texture lingered for a medium plus finish.
