60% Chardonnay, 40% Sauvignon Blanc. Aromas of apple, lemon, grapefruit, melon, vanilla and pineapple chunks, hints of caramel, sweet spices and some herbs and citrus. There is a good dose of fruit, vanilla, toast and butterscotch on the palate initially that changes slowly into light citrus and herbal flavors mid palate to finish.
