Continuing to the palate, flavors of plush red and black fruit both fresh and cooked, licorice, ginger, and hot cinnamon ball, with a softer side of sweet tobacco. This is a dry wine with medium acidity, fine-grained medium tannins. Old world style medium body with layering complex flavors, driving for a long finish.
