Continuing to the palate, flavors of red currant, raspberry, red cherry, red plum. Hints of vanilla, toast, pencil shaving, plum, black cherry, blackberry, wet stone, banking spice, ginger, and a little coffee on the finish. This is a dry wine with medium-plus acid, medium but firm tannins, juicy medium flavor intensity, and a medium-plus finish. Well-crafted wine with enthusiastic flavors that continue to engage and mingle. Drink now, but aging would still beneficial and interesting to see how it develops.
