100% Torrontes. Medium gold in color. Fragrant aromatics with zesty lime, lime juice, yellow peach, wet stone, cantaloupe, and hints of jasmine and rose petal. Further on the palate, pear, citrus grapefruit, tropical passion fruit, starfruit, papaya, and nectarine. This is a dry wine with heavy intensity fruit tones. Combine that with the medium acidity and the length of maceration add weight and structure to this wine resulting in a medium body style which is heavier than most other examples. A racy finish tastes of lime before showing patented varietal bitterness.
