100% Chardonnay. Pale clairity with deep gold flecks. Wafty aromas of white flower, lemon, citrus, butterscotch, toast, vanilla, dill, baked apple, with lighter notes of savery herbs. Continuing to the palate, muted stone fruit, buttered popcorn, oak, lemon-lime, cream, cedar, and earth. Quite a complexity of flavors that evolve in the glass. This is a dry wine with medium plus acidity, full body and concentration of flavers. Splendely long memberbale fiinish.
Food Pairing: Lobster with drawn butter, seared scallops with lemon-herb butter, halibut, chicken fricassee with a white cream sauce. pork tenderloin with apple and fennel compote, aged gruyere, tripple cream brie.
